Sunset Buildings is part of a family run business since 1982. We take strong pride in the products and services we offer. Owner, Tom Ford grew up in the business learning building and business skills from his parents. Tom met his soon to be wife, Melissa and decided to venture off to open up their own building company in Kalispell, Montana named Grizzly Building Company. Grizzly Building Co. was a success from the beginning and became a well known and quality building company for the northwest region of Montana. Tom & Melissa desired a location with a little more sunshine and a little less snow. They sold Grizzly Building Company and moved to Colorado Springs, CO to make a new start for themselves and their business. That is when they established Sunset Buildings. Sunset Buildings is the newest addition to the family business and we have taken all that we learned over the years and improved upon it. We are always striving to provide the best possible customer service and product for a better price than our competition through continued education, experience, and research marketing.
